Not entirely happy with your Emma products? Our returns process is super simple and completely free. Although we're pretty sure you'll love your new Emma products, if for whatever reason you're not 100% happy, you can send it back for free - no questions asked. All you need to do is write an email to our Customer Service. They will be happy to sort everything out for you - from arranging your pick up to getting you your refund!

- The "Contact Us" page isn't working. What do I do?
We're very sorry about that. If you can't submit your return request via the form, please send an email to [email protected] and our Customer Service team will take care of you.
- My trial period has already ended. Can I still arrange a return?
If you still need to send your items back after the 200 nights trial, please reach out to our customer service team by sending an email to [email protected] Please note that we are only able to accept these items back if they are faulty .
- How do I package my items up for return?
You don't need to worry about that. Our courier will take care of that. They will arrive with the appropriate packing materials and ensure your items are safe for transport. .
- Where should I leave the items I want to return?
Given the current situation, we would kindly ask you to bring your items to the first door of your building but please do not leave them outside. Our couriers are not permitted to enter your home, so unfortunately cannot pick your items up from a room in your home.
- When will I get my refund?
Once your items have arrived back at our warehouse, we will begin processing your return. Please allow up to 14 working days for your money to appear back in your account.
